Currently serving as Chief Economist at the Central Organisation of Finnish Trade Unions (SAK). Previously held the position of Chief Economist at the Finnish Confederation of Professionals (STTK) and worked as an Economist at the Bank of Finland.

I also hold a PhD from the University of Helsinki. The title of my dissertation is “Full-Reserve Banking: Separating Money Creation from Bank Lending“.
